Overview

Primary French Teacher in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is a full‑time Education role for a passionate and dedicated French language educator who can support young learners through engaging, inclusive, and age‑appropriate language instruction.

This role is ideal for a teacher with strong French language knowledge, sound teaching pedagogy, and the ability to create a positive classroom environment that encourages communication, confidence, curiosity, and cultural awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach French language lessons to primary students using engaging and age‑appropriate teaching methods.
• Plan and deliver structured lessons that support listening, speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary, pronunciation, and basic grammar development.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for young learners.
• Encourage student confidence in using French through activities, games, conversations, songs, role‑play, and interactive learning.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities aligned with curriculum expectations.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support language development.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet different learning abilities, language levels, and classroom needs.
• Promote cultural awareness and appreciation of the French language and Francophone cultures.
• Maintain effective classroom management and encourage respectful student behavior.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff to support student learning and wellbeing.
• Communicate professionally with parents and colleagues regarding student progress when required.
• Maintain accurate records of student learning, assessment results, participation, and development.
• Support school activities, language events, classroom displays, and enrichment programs when needed.

Ideal Profile and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in French, Education, Languages, or a related field.
