Job Overview

Secondary French Teacher – Full‑time, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Leverage your expertise in French language instruction to deliver engaging lessons across senior secondary grades, IGCSE, and A Level. This role focuses on curriculum leadership, examination preparation, and fostering an inclusive classroom environment that enhances student communication skills and academic excellence.

Salary: 8,500–12,000 AED per month (subject to confirmation).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver French lessons for senior secondary students, covering reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension.
• Design, plan, and deliver curriculum that aligns with IGCSE, A Level, and British curriculum standards.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and academic resources to support examination readiness.
• Assess student performance, maintain accurate academic records, reports, and progress tracking.
• Provide constructive feedback to students; communicate regularly with parents and school leadership.
• Offer academic guidance, mentoring, and additional learning support when required.
• Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and active learning.
• Collaborate with department heads, teachers, and coordinators to improve curriculum quality and student outcomes.
• Participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, school events, and professional development sessions.
• Apply school policies and educational standards to ensure teaching quality and compliance.
