Job summary

Sirva is seeking a Pricing Coordinator in Dubai, UAE, offering hybrid work. The role focuses on managing all incoming international and domestic pricing requests with high responsiveness and accuracy to maximize revenue opportunities.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and partners across regions, ensuring correct pricing templates are used and proposals are prepared for various customer types. A strong emphasis on auditing and Service Charter compliance is required.

• Action all incoming pricing requests accurately and within KPI targets and customer expectations.
• Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Freight, Move Management, Finance, Sirva agents, branches and suppliers.
• Assist with auditing and ensure use of correct pricing templates for specific customers and pricing platforms.
• Assist with preparation and construction of proposals for corporate accounts, agents, partners and pricing platforms.
• Maintain understanding and application of the Network Global Service Charter.

The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for managing all incoming International and Domestic pricing requests ensuring a high level of responsiveness and accuracy to maximize revenue opportunity. Operating within a multi-regional structure, the role supports enquiries across different countries and customer types as directed.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Description of Duty 80% Operational

• Action all incoming pricing requests accurately and within KPI targets and customer expectations
• Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with other teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Freight, Move Management, Finance, Sirva agents, non Sirva Agents, Branches, Franchises and Suppliers and other Commercial entities
• To ensure use the correct Pricing templates for specific customers and pricing platforms Assist with, as necessary, the preparation and construction of proposals including: corporate accounts, agents, partners and pricing platforms
• To assist, as necessary with auditing Ensure complete understanding and application of the requirements of the Network Global Service Charter.
  

20% Reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely data capture in systems
• To report real and potential problems, as well as any unsatisfactory practices, to your manager for action
• To assist with the preparation and forwarding of month end reports as required
• To keep a record of personal development QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS (Qualifications, Skills, Education or Certification Requirements, etc.)
