Job summary

Sirva Inc. in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Pricing Coordinator with hybrid working arrangements to manage all incoming international and domestic pricing requests. The role focuses on responsive, accurate pricing to maximize revenue across multi-regional customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Freight, Finance and agents, ensure correct pricing templates are used, support proposals and audits, and contribute to timely month-end reporting and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Action all incoming pricing requests accurately and within KPI targets and customer expectations
• Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Freight, Move Management, Finance, Sirva agents, non Sirva Agents, Branches, Franchises and Suppliers and other Commercial entities
• Ensure use of the correct Pricing templates for specific customers and pricing platforms; assist with, as necessary, the preparation and construction of proposals including: corporate accounts, agents, partners and pricing platforms
• Assist, as necessary, with auditing
• Ensure complete understanding and application of the requirements of the Network Global Service Charter
• Ensure accurate and timely data capture in systems
• Report real and potential problems to your manager for action
• Assist with the preparation and forwarding of month end reports as required
• Keep a record of personal development

The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for managing all incoming International and Domestic pricing requests ensuring a high level of responsiveness and accuracy to maximize revenue opportunity. Operating within a multi-regional structure, the role supports enquiries across different countries and customer types as directed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Description of Duty 80% Operational

• Action all incoming pricing requests accurately and within KPI targets and customer expectations
• Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with other teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, Freight, Move Management, Finance, Sirva agents, non Sirva Agents, Branches, Franchises and Suppliers and other Commercial entities
• To ensure use the correct Pricing templates for specific customers and pricing platforms
  Assist with, as necessary, the preparation and construction of proposals including: corporate accounts, agents, partners and pricing platforms
• To assist, as necessary with auditing
  Ensure complete understanding and application of the requirements of the Network Global Service Charter.

20% Reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely data capture in systems
• To report real and potential problems, as well as any unsatisfactory practices, to your manager for action
• To assist with the preparation and forwarding of month end reports as required
