Job summary

Hermès Paris in Dubai seeks a Press Executive/Intern to support the Press Department across the Middle East. You will assist in delivering the annual department strategy, monitor print, online and social media, update the press database, and identify key opinion leaders to enhance brand visibility.

You will coordinate interviews and press visits, develop press materials and releases, manage the invitation process, track coverage reports, and support local and global events.

Qualifications

• Experience as Press Executive or Press Intern, ideally with a globally recognized brand.
• Digital and social media savvy coupled with strong print interest.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and adaptability.
• Experience in internal and external stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Press and Media Manager in delivering the annual department strategy.
• Press monitoring: Print, Online & Social Media; update the press database and identify key opinion leaders.
• Identify relations relevant to Hermes to target for product categories.
• Build relationships with press and influence KOLs.
• Deliver against KPIs (e.g., AVE).
• Organize end-to-end press trips within budget; prepare agendas and welcome packs.
• Generate post-trip reports with key facts and figures.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews; push for timely publication.
• Share press materials according to calendar and distribution lists.
• Develop press releases and coordinate official photo shoots.
• Assist on local and global press events; manage guest lists and brief stakeholders.
• Prepare press coverage reports (events, seedings, clippings).
• Manage press budget for events; support day-to-day press activities.
• Engage and track social media content; gather stakeholder feedback.
