Hermès in Dubai seeks a dedicated events professional to support the execution of high-profile brand events in the region. You will help update agendas, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with brand standards while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Travel to on-site locations and close collaboration with finance, logistics, and retail teams are essential to deliver memorable experiences that align with HQ guidance.

Qualifications

• UAE Nationals with a valid family book.
• Experience in coordinating high-end brand events is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across sites in the region.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Event manager in updating and implementing the Event agenda.
• Deliver events on time and within budget, as set at project start.
• Ensure events comply with brand guidelines, policies, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain and follow up with suppliers for each project.
• Source appropriate suppliers and negotiate costs for specific projects.
• Provide clear briefs to suppliers and supervise their activity.
• Manage all event types, including in-store métiers and outside exhibitions.
• Troubleshoot issues during planning and live events.
• Travel on site to inspect arrangements and make changes as needed.
• Coordinate with finance and logistics on event matters.
• Collaborate with commercial and retail teams as required.
• Liaise with Paris HQ on operational matters and build relations.
