Job summary

Hermès is seeking an events-focused professional to manage execution of high-quality brand events. You will support the Event Manager with agenda updates, budgeting, and on-site oversight, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulations across regional activities.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers, finance and logistics teams, and cross-functional parcels to deliver immersive experiences aligned with Hermès’ luxury heritage.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing events.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines.
• Negotiation with suppliers and vendors.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Event manager in updating and implementing the Event agenda.
• Deliver events on time and within budget as set by the Event Manager.
• Ensure events comply with brand guidelines, policies, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain and follow up with suppliers for each project.
• Travel on site to inspect ongoing arrangements and adjustments.
• Collaborate with finance and logistics on events.
• Coordinate with commercial and retail teams as needed.
• Engage with press, media, and client communications to keep teams aligned.
• Build relationships with external partners and ensure attendee satisfaction.
• Report on event ROI and provide post-event feedback.
