Job summary

Hytera in Dubai seeks a technically skilled engineer to promote Hytera products to local partners, including distributors, resellers and integrators, highlighting Hytera solutions.

You will program and set devices, perform field tests, translate materials to Arabic, and train sales teams. Occasional business trips are expected to support bids and customer projects. Fluent in English and Arabic; Chinese a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering or related majors.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong communication in English and Arabic; Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program and configure Hytera products per customer requirements.
• Field tests and site surveys for projects and technical support.
• Translate technical and marketing materials to Arabic.
• Provide technical training and guidance for sales staff and partners.
• Support bidding activities and resolve technical issues at bid openings.

About the Role

Promote Hytera Products to Hytera local partners including distributors, resellers and integrators, introducing the advantages and highlights of Hytera products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Programming and setting Hytera products according to customers’ requirement.
• Field test and site survey for projects and technical support.
• Translation of technical & marketing materials to local language (Arabic).
• Conduct technical training and guidance for sales staff, agents and key customers according to business needs.
• Complete information collection, collation and analysis of related industries.
• Support the bidding work, including technical issues solving on the bid opening site, and achieve the target together with the sales staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering or related majors. Bachelor degree or above.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills. English and Arabic as the working language; Chinese is a plus.
• Must have good networking background. Familiar with Firewalls, switches and routers.
• Can adapt to frequent business trips.
