Job summary

Insignia Group of Companies seeks a Direct Sales Manager in Dubai to acquire and develop UHNW relationships through a high-trust, high-touch approach. You will build a robust pipeline, conduct premium discovery meetings, and coordinate onboarding with compliance teams to deliver a personalized, seamless client experience.

The role requires deep product knowledge, superb objection handling, and disciplined pipeline execution.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in premium, relationship-led environments.
• Ability to source leads through trusted networks and introducers.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to deliver tailored proposals.
• Structured CRM, pipeline stages, and reporting cadence.
• High integrity, discretion, and professionalism with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a pipeline plan with weekly activity targets.
• Source qualified prospects through trusted networks and events.
• Lead premium discovery meetings to diagnose needs and qualify fit.
• Present Insignia's value proposition; maintain premium positioning.
• Manage objections and advance deals to decision.
• Coordinate onboarding with internal teams for a compliant experience.
• Maintain CRM hygiene: updates, follow-ups, reporting cadence.
• Protect brand integrity through ethical conduct.
