Job summary

IIQAF Group in Dubai is seeking a skilled Spray Paint Technician to support maintenance, refurbishment, and appearance of hospitality assets. You will prepare surfaces, mix and apply paints, and operate spray equipment to deliver high-quality finishes on furniture and fixtures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a Spray Paint Technician or related roles.
• Hospitality environment experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform spray painting, refinishing, and touch-up on furniture and fixtures.
• Inspect surfaces for scratches, dents, paint issues and prepare accordingly.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, priming, and smoothing as needed.
• Mix paints, primers, coatings and related materials per specs.
• Operate spray guns, booths, compressors and related equipment safely.
• Apply primer, basecoat, topcoat, lacquer and protective coatings.
• Maintain records of completed painting jobs and materials used.
• Support additional painting and finishing tasks as assigned by management.
