Job summary

KASELO TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C. in Dubai is seeking a skilled Spray Painter to prepare, finish, and spray paint metal, aluminum, wood, and industrial equipment to high standards.

You will work within the technical refinishing team to deliver smooth, durable finishes while upholding safety and operational guidelines. The role requires proficiency with conventional, airless, and HVLP spray gear, plus strong surface preparation, color matching, and knowledge of polyurethane/epoxy coatings.

Qualifications

• Proficient in conventional, airless, and HVLP spray equipment operations.
• Strong experience in sanding, chemical cleaning, masking, filling, and priming technique.
• Knowledge of mixing proportions, thinners, catalysts, and polyurethane/epoxy coatings.
• Ability to achieve uniform layer thickness and detect minor surface imperfections.
• Solid knowledge of chemical safety, ventilation standards, and proper usage of PPE/respirators.
• Able to work efficiently in a high-volume setting while meeting project deadlines.
