Qualifications

• Fluency in Russian and English, or Russian and British-accent English.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate market dynamics, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software.
• Ability to build trust, handle objections and provide investment guidance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and presentations to clients.
• Explain payment plans and project details; manage documentation.
