Job summary

Property Shop Investment (PSI) in Abu Dhabi is seeking ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our on-site Abu Dhabi team. You will focus on off-plan sales and investment advisory, building relationships with local and international clients to secure long-term partnerships and successful deals.

You will identify opportunities, understand investor needs, present suitable properties, and guide conversations through to closing, while staying informed on market trends and new launches.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with results orientation.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of European, Russian, Chinese or Arabic languages is a plus.
• Proactive, resilient and comfortable working with targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of local and international investors.
• Introduce clients to off-plan projects and investment opportunities.
• Understand client goals and recommend properties.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, events and marketing.
• Maintain relationships with investors, developers and industry contacts.
• Own the entire sales journey from first contact to closing.
• Stay updated on launches, market trends, payment plans and project offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams during campaigns, launches and client events.
• Follow up consistently and convert opportunities into transactions.
• Work toward and exceed sales targets.
