Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) in Abu Dhabi seeks an Experience Off Plan Specialist to promote and sell off-plan properties on-site. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will manage client inquiries, deliver property presentations, organize site visits, and guide clients through the full sales cycle with PSI’s support.

Qualifications

Experience in real estate brokerage or off-plan sales preferred.
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
Fluency in English plus one of British English, Chinese, or Russian.
Knowledge of UAE market dynamics and developer offerings.
Proficient with CRM, MS Office, and digital communication.

Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries and conduct property presentations.
Organize site visits and walkthroughs for prospective buyers.
Guide clients through the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
Collaborate with developers and internal PSI teams on launches, pricing and plans.
Maintain a strong client pipeline and meet sales targets.
