Job summary

PULLMAN is seeking an experienced Bartender for its Dubai hotel bar. You will craft cocktails, mocktails, wines and beers following established recipes and hotel standards while ensuring consistent quality, presentation and taste.

Handle guest requests with courtesy and maintain a clean, organized bar area to minimize wastage and support stock control. You will work in a dynamic, high-pressure setting requiring strong beverage knowledge and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a hotel/restaurant.
• Strong beverage knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Focus on guest needs with a calm, courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers and other beverages per recipes and standards.
• Maintain quality, presentation and taste of all beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests; escalate when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area and stock; monitor supplies.
