Be Babel The Palm, part of Addmind, is seeking a warm, polished Hostess to join the front-of-house team for a seasonal period in Dubai. You will manage reservations, seating, and guest interactions, ensuring a welcoming journey from arrival through departure.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent Arabic and English, has luxury dining or premium hospitality experience, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays within a dynamic, premium dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, or similar front-of-house role within a premium restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Experience in luxury dining, lifestyle hospitality, or high-volume F&B operations is preferred.
• Excellent spoken Arabic is essential as well as proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus where required.
• Assist guests with enquiries and provide information about the restaurant, menu, facilities, and services.
• Manage daily reservations, walk-in guests, waiting lists, and table allocations.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and coordinate with restaurants teams to manage guest flow.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and reception area.
• Support opening and closing procedures and related administrative tasks.
