Job summary

Beside Group in Dubai invites an experienced Store Supervisor to join our fashion-forward retail team. You will support the Management Team in achieving store targets, ensure policy compliance, and drive excellent customer service across all shifts.

Key responsibilities include managing store operations and staff scheduling, coordinating with suppliers, delivering product knowledge, and training staff on service standards. Local fashion retail experience is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience within a similar brand preferred.
• Local retail experience mandatory in Fashion is mandatory.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Knowledge of the local culture and sensitivities. Knowledge of fashion.

Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives.
• Provide exemplary customer service by following policies and adopting a friendly attitude toward customers.
• Assist in store operations and administrative duties such as staff scheduling and supplier coordination.
• Conduct technical training needs of the store staff to ensure product knowledge and service standards.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
