Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
• Event Management, Customer Service, or Hospitality certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in hospitality, premium hospitality, event operations, venue operations, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate premium hospitality spaces, suites, lounges, and VIP areas.
• Prepare staffing plans, timelines, and guest briefings.
• Coordinate catering and beverage services to meet guest expectations.
• Supervise premium guest experiences during events.
• Build relationships with premium clients and VIP guests.
