Job summary

Premium Specialty Coffee Group in the UAE is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead high-end specialty coffee and premium casual dining across multiple locations, including pre-openings.

This senior, hands-on role requires proven UAE multi-unit leadership, strong P&L and budgeting skills, and the ability to travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Fluent English is essential, with additional European/Balkan/CIS language a must.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in UAE hospitality with multi-unit oversight.
• Experience leading pre-openings in the UAE.
• Fluent in English; additional European/Balkan/CIS language is mandatory.
