We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded OPS MANAGER to lead the day-to‑day operations of a thriving premium café concept located in Al Barsha, Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional who combines strong leadership skills with a passion for modern café culture, guest experience, and business performance.

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a single outlet operation, overseeing service excellence, team development, financial performance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while ensuring the business consistently achieves its commercial objectives.

About the Ops Manager Role

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the complete operation of one established café location in Dubai. You will be accountable for sales performance, profitability, cost control, team management, and guest satisfaction.

You will work closely with ownership to identify opportunities for growth, improve operational efficiencies, and maintain the brand standards that set the business apart within the competitive Dubai hospitality market.

The position requires a confident leader who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution. You should be comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and adapting quickly to changing business needs.

Ops Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all daily café operations.
• Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing hospitality team.
• Take full ownership of profit and loss performance.
• Monitor sales, labour costs, food costs, and operating expenses.
• Analyse financial results and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Manage staff scheduling and workforce productivity.
• Conduct team training and ongoing performance development.
• Maintain inventory controls and oversee purchasing requirements.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance standards are met.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively.
• Develop and implement operational improvements where required.
• Maintain strong communication across all operational departments.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
• Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and guest-focused service.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should possess the following:

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Café Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong experience within premium café, specialty coffee, lifestyle hospitality, or casual dining operations.
• Demonstrated responsibility for P&L management and financial performance.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, labour management, and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead and develop hospitality teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
