Limitless Recruitment is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a premium independent restaurant or cafe in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role demands hands-on leadership, frontline presence during busy service, and a passion for coffee culture.

You will lead high-performing teams, manage scheduling, recruitment, onboarding and training, and drive inventory and cost controls to maintain exceptional service and consistency.

Formación

• Must have proven experience as Restaurant Manager, Caf Manager or Operations Manager in a premium independent restaurant or coffee shop in the UAE.
• Must be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in Abu Dhabi.
• Fluency in English plus an additional European, CIS, Balkan or Afrikaans language is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-volume operations with consistency, quality and service excellence.

• Oversee inventory control, ordering, stock management, COGS and wastage control.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
