Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai invites a skilled Bartender to join Noia, our Greek restaurant team. You will craft cocktails, support servers, and ensure bar operations meet luxury standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of bartending in high-end venues and strong English communication, with flexibility for shifts including evenings and weekends. We offer development opportunities, MOstay benefits, and premium wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Holds a High School qualification or equivalent; degree in hospitality preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or hotel bars is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of drinks, spirits and bar service standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain the outlet concept and beverage offerings to guests.
• Mix and match ingredients to craft cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, wines and beers.
• Handle guest feedback and report issues to management promptly.
• Set up the bar daily, manage stock and ensure ingredients are available.
• Sanitize bars and label products with correct dates; assist in new drink promotions.
• Operate POS system to process orders and support restaurant service.
