Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a skilled Bartender for Noia, our Greek restaurant. You will craft an outstanding beverage program, assist servers, and report to the Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Requirements include 3 years of Bartender experience in a high-end bar, 2 years in a luxury hotel/resort, and strong English communication. Arabic or other languages are a plus. The role includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; UAE hospitality standards apply.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience as a Bartender in a high-end bar.
• 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel/resort.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Explain outlet concepts and drink offerings to guests.
• Mix and garnish cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, spirits, beers and wines.
• Handle customer complaints and report to managers.
• Set up daily bar, manage ingredients and inventory.
• Clean and sanitize bar areas and label products.
• Assist in creating new cocktails and operate POS.
