Based at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai within Noia - our Greek Restaurant in Dubai, the Bartender will offer and prepare an outstanding selection of creative beverages. They will support the servers in any other required duties and tasks under the guidance of the respective managers and supervisors. Bartender reports to the Assistant Restaurant Manager.

We re Fans. Are you Hold a High School qualification or equivalent, with a Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management preferred. Have 3 years experience as a Bartender in a high‑end bar with the highest service levels, and a minimum of 2 years experience working as a bartender in a luxury hotel/resort. Possess basic computer skills, including MS Office, and have strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages preferred). Demonstrate knowledge of bar service procedures and standards, and good knowledge of spirits and cigars. Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues, as well as exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. Have physical capabilities to stand for long periods and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs.
