Job summary

Atlantis is seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join the team at Milos in Dubai. Your role will involve crafting exceptional beverages, ensuring an elevated guest experience and maintaining a luxurious bar presentation.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a fine-dining or luxury setting, strong knowledge of cocktails, and excellent communication skills. This position offers a tax-free salary with additional benefits including discounts and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fine-dining or luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic alternatives.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and maintained at all times.
• Engage with guests warmly, offering recommendations and tailoring drinks to personal preferences.
• Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety regulations as per resort and UAE hospitality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock usage, and beverage inventory.
