Four Seasons Dubai DIFC is seeking a skilled bartender to join our luxury team. You will prepare and serve cocktails and beverages, engage guests with a welcoming demeanor, and maintain bar operations with precision. This role requires experience in a busy setting and a passion for hospitality.

You will collaborate with the Bar Manager and service team to ensure flawless service, manage inventory, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction in a premium environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Assist in developing new cocktails and beverage menus.
• Work closely with the Bar Manager and service team to ensure smooth operations.
