Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in Dubai invites an enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. You will craft classic and innovative drinks, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and ensure clean, safe bar operations.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years as a bartender, expert mixing and garnishing, a second language is a plus, and excellent communication with a positive attitude. Cash handling during shifts must be accurate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartender experience.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• To be always well groomed and ready for work.
• Complete checklists and opening/closing procedures for every shift.
• Practice good housekeeping and safety by paying constant attention and inspecting equipment, physical interior and exterior of the restaurant / building.
• Be responsible for all the cash bank / petty cash and sales money present in the Bar.
• To process daily cash reports / perform daily EOD financial closing duties.
• Ensure that all food safety standards/HACCP are maintained and implemented in line with the company policy and municipality requirements.
