Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails per recipes.
• Engage with guests and create a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Assist in developing new cocktails and beverage menus.
• Collaborate with Bar Manager and service team for smooth operations.
