Four Seasons Dubai seeks an experienced bartender to craft cocktails and mocktails for guests in a luxury setting. You will engage guests, recommend drinks, and contribute to a welcoming bar atmosphere.

Responsibilities include inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and assisting in menu development. A passion for hospitality and high-volume service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beer.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of bar equipment and safety regulations.
• Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Assist in developing new cocktails and beverage menus.
• Work closely with the Bar Manager and service team to ensure smooth operations.
