Qualifications

• Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals.
• Ability to develop a networking strategy and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of Wealth & Premier Banking products and services.
• Graduation degree is essential for UAE visa and work permit; attestations may be required for degrees earned outside the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Acquire funded Premier customers and cross-sell wealth and credit solutions.
• Build strong relationships with Premier & Wealth teams to ensure smooth handover.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Premier Service, Premier Wealth Management, Commercial Banking and Marketing to meet AOP and profitability.
• Target balance-based Premier clients with USD 120k+ and drive referrals.
• Develop market position by defining and negotiating WPB product solutions for existing clients.
