Job summary

HSBC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an ambitious Relationship Manager to lead a Premier client portfolio and deliver wealth management solutions for affluent clients.

You will acquire and retain high-value relationships, provide expert financial planning, and coordinate with Global Markets and Global Private Banking while upholding rigorous risk controls and regulatory compliance. This role requires UAE visa eligibility and SCA accreditation within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Proven wealth management experience with UAE Premier clients.
• Strong client referral and sales results in wealth products.
• SCA accreditation within 6 months of joining.
• University degree and UAE visa eligibility (or attestations).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a Premier client portfolio with ~350 clients.
• Acquire, develop, and retain high-value Premier relationships to grow wallet share.
• Provide expert financial planning and tailored wealth solutions.
• Ensure high-quality client service with strong risk and regulatory controls.
• Collaborate across HSBC networks (Global Markets/Global Private Banking) and coach junior RMs.
