Job summary

Hello Chef is building a world-class food operation in Dubai. We’re hiring a Butcher to prepare and portion meat and fish to high standards. This is a hands‑on role for people who care about clean work, correct cuts, and food safety.

You’ll work on the production floor as part of a structured team, reporting to the Senior Butcher. This role requires 2+ years of hands-on cutting experience, a keen eye for detail, and good English on the floor.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years hands-on meat cutting, trimming and portioning in a commercial setting.
• Willingness to support all production activities including cleaning and equipment prep.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Food Safety & Hygiene: follow procedures for safety, hygiene, cleaning, sanitisation, and equipment changeover.
• Product Quality: cut, portion, label, and pack meat and fish to specification.
• Yield & Production: minimise waste and follow production plans, assist with cleaning and equipment prep.
