Hello Chef in Dubai is hiring a Butcher to prepare and portion meat and fish to high standards. This hands-on role requires care for clean work, accurate cuts, and strict food safety on the production floor, reporting to the Senior Butcher.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years hands-on meat cutting, trimming and portioning experience.
• Willingness to support all production activities, including cleaning and equipment prep.
• Clear communication on the production floor in English.

Responsibilities

• Cut, portion, label and pack meat and fish to specification.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Minimise waste and support production plans and team.
