Job summary

Hello Chef invites applications for a hands-on Butcher on-site in Abu Dhabi. You will cut and portion meat and fish to specification, maintain high standards of hygiene, and support the production team with cleaning and setup. This role requires careful attention to detail and reliable teamwork in a six-day production environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on meat cutting, trimming and portioning experience in a commercial setting.
• Willingness to support all production activities including cleaning, sanitisation and equipment preparation.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions exactly.
• Reliable team player in a production environment.
• Conversational English to understand instructions on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Food safety & hygiene: follow procedures for cleaning, sanitisation, and equipment changes.
• Cut, portion, label, and pack meat and fish to specification.
• Minimise waste and follow production plans, supporting the team as needed.
