Job summary

Raqmiyat L.L.C in Dubai is seeking an experienced Pre Sales Manager to drive growth across AI Data Analytics and banking solutions for the UAE market. You will identify opportunities, develop use cases and translate technology capabilities into compelling business propositions.

You will collaborate with OEM partners, BFS BDMs and delivery teams to build a qualified pipeline, engage senior banking executives, and help shape go-to-market strategies across technology-led opportunities.

Qualifications

7–12 years of experience in business development or technology sales within banking.
Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC banking market and technology landscape.
Experience with OEM partners and joint go-to-market opportunities.
Ability to translate technology capabilities into compelling business value.

Responsibilities

Drive business development and pipeline across AI Data Analytics and digital banking solutions.
Identify new opportunities within banks and financial institutions and advance them through qualification and commercial progress.
Engage senior stakeholders across Technology, Data, Digital, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Business functions.
Develop and manage relationships with strategic technology OEM partners and joint GTM activities.
Collaborate with partners and internal teams to tailor propositions for banking requirements.
Support BFS Business Development Managers on partner-led opportunities with solution domain expertise.
Maintain a measurable pipeline of qualified opportunities and own revenue targets.
Coordinate client presentations, workshops, and solution discussions with partners and pre-sales teams.
