Job summary

KEENFINITY Group in Dubai is seeking a motivated Pre-Sales and Business Development support professional to help identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and maintain CRM data. You will conduct market research, assist in meetings and product demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong English communication, with CRM knowledge seen as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or in progress.
• Interest in technology, business development, sales or consulting.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work in a multicultural international environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• CRM platform knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365) is a plus.
• Additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Pre-Sales and BD in identifying and qualifying new opportunities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365) is an advantage.
