Job summary

Eaton, a global power management company, seeks a field-based Electrical Service Sales professional in the UAE to sell and support UPS lifecycle services, including brown-field replacements and upgrades, primarily for Abu Dhabi and Al-Ain. You will work with authorized service providers, customers, end users, and area sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and drive service revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Service Sales.
• Proven ability to map installed base and secure replacement/upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual service revenue goals for Power Quality/UPS and provide forecasts.
• Manage direct relationships with End users to map installed base and opportunities.
• Analyze equipment status and recommend replacement schedules.
• Interface with maintenance, engineering and facility managers on-site.
• Prepare timely service quotations with centralized support.
• Understand competitors and articulate Eaton’s advantages for upgrades/replacements.
• Create customer accounts and track leads; coordinate with service providers for 24/7 on-call support.
• Provide on-site or phone-based application information and respond to emergencies.
• Manage service contracts as single point of contact and pursue additional sales.
• Continuously improve technical and professional skills and adhere to safety standards.
