Responsabilités

• Act as primary contact for defect reporting during Defects Liability Period.
• Coordinate site inspections with contractors, engineers, and owners.
• Maintain case records detailing property, defect, documentation, and expectations.
• Escalate high-impact or delayed cases to management and ensure SLAs are met.
