This job involves key responsibilities including client and business acquisition, channels cooperation, management of service delivery, and control and risk mitigation. The role requires generating new business through marketing activities, increasing team revenue via cross-selling and up-selling, acquiring new customers, and identifying expansion opportunities. It also includes converting leads, building trust with customers, maintaining customer loyalty, promoting financial products remotely, and ensuring proper documentation and risk assessment. Additionally, the role involves monitoring service levels, customer retention, feedback collection, reviewing credit applications, and process improvement.
Required skills include a university degree or professional certification, at least three years of experience in financial analysis or related fields, knowledge of ADIB's retail banking products, and experience in sales or wealth advisory. Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and a relevant certification are necessary. Leadership experience and strong communication skills are also essential.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of banking experience in the UAE and hold a managerial position.
