Confidential invites a Portfolio General Manager based in the UAE to lead the hospitality and operational performance of a prestigious private residences portfolio. The role demands anticipating client needs, coordinating across property teams, suppliers and service partners to deliver seamless, five-star experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Experience serving UHNW clients and high-touch environments.
• Proven ability to manage multi-property portfolios and complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hospitality and operational performance for the luxury portfolio.
• Act as primary operational contact for the Client and representatives with trusted relationships.
• Develop and support property management and operations teams to ensure consistent service.
• Anticipate Client requirements to deliver highly personalized experiences across touchpoints.
• Oversee travel arrangements forVIPs, destination residences and private events.
• Oversee budgets, manpower planning, procurement and resource management.
• Coordinate between Client, operations, project teams and partners on development/refurbishment.
