Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Operations Director to lead the performance of a portfolio of dining concepts across international markets in the UAE. The role requires a commercially minded hospitality leader with a track record in multi-venue management, operational strategy and team development.

You will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen business performance, uphold exceptional standards and support the portfolio's growth. International travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Senior-level operations experience within luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record overseeing multiple venues across markets.
• Strong financial expertise, including P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop senior management teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on yet strategic leadership balancing commercial objectives with guest experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across venues and international markets, ensuring consistency in service, quality and brand standards.
• Drive financial results through P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization.
• Guide and support General Managers and senior operational teams, building leadership capabilities and accountability.
• Analyze operational performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue and profitability.
• Maintain outstanding guest experiences and ensure high standards across all aspects of the operation.
• Collaborate with culinary, commercial and executive teams to align operational priorities with wider business objectives.
• Contribute to pre-openings, market expansion and integration of new concepts into the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, internal procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Implement best practices and scalable processes to support long-term operational excellence.
