Job summary

Rixos Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Pool Technician to oversee daily maintenance of pools and spas, ensuring water quality, safety, and guest comfort.

You will monitor chemistry, clean equipment, perform inspections, log tests, and coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping to uphold health codes and hotel standards. This role offers a competitive salary, meals, and benefits as part of a premium hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Monitor and maintain pool water chemistry by testing and balancing pH, chlorine, and other chemical levels in accordance with health regulations.
• Perform daily inspections of pools, spas, and surrounding areas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
• Clean pools, spas, filters, and pool decks regularly, including vacuuming, skimming, and brushing.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and dosing systems.
• Maintain accurate records of water quality tests, maintenance activities, and chemical usage.
• Respond promptly to guest or management requests related to pool areas and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with local health codes and hotel standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping departments for any concerns related to pool area maintenance or cleanliness.

Responsibilities
