Job summary

Rixos Al Mairid in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the pool and beach areas while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will assist guests with seating arrangements, maintain towel services, and uphold safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with lifeguards, housekeeping and F&B teams, maintaining equipment, and promoting eco-friendly practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry items for extended periods in outdoor environment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Teamwork with recreation, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Guest Assistance: Greet guests, assist with seating, provide towels, umbrellas, and amenities.
• Safety & Supervision: Monitor pool and beach areas for guest safety and policy adherence.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep pool deck and beach areas clean and organized.
• Towel Service: Manage towels and inventory.
• Pool & Beach Setup: Arrange loungers, umbrellas, and furniture to property standards.
• Water Safety & Quality: Report water quality concerns for proper balance and hygiene.
• Equipment & Supplies Management: Ensure gear is in good condition and report issues.
• Lost & Found: Follow hotel procedures for items left behind.
• Service Coordination: Work with lifeguards, housekeeping, and F&B teams.
