Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, welcoming environment across seven pools and beach areas.
• Set up sunbeds, cabanas, umbrellas, towels, and beach equipment to resort standards.
• Provide guest information and assist with pool/beach inquiries and activities.
• Enforce safety rules and report hazards or maintenance needs to the right departments.
• Assist lifeguards and support rescue procedures when required.
