Job summary

Rixos Al Mairid is seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant to ensure the cleanliness, safety and organization of pool and beach areas while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will assist guests with seating, towels, and amenities, and uphold safety and hygiene regulations.

Role involves coordinating with lifeguards, housekeeping, and F&B teams to enhance guest experiences and promote sustainability in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is an advantage.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry for extended periods in outdoor shifts.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Teamwork with recreation, housekeeping and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with seating, and provide towels, umbrellas, and amenities.
• Monitor pool and beach safety and report hazards.
• Keep pool deck and beach areas clean and furniture neatly arranged.
• Distribute and collect towels while tracking inventory.
• Coordinate services with lifeguards, housekeeping and F&B teams.
• Promote eco-friendly practices and water conservation.
