Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Full-Time, Non-Management pool and recreation attendant. You will observe the swimming area for hazards, enforce pool rules, and assist guests in distress until EMS arrives.

You will handle towel service, pool-deck cleaning, and incident reporting while upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. A welcoming, safe, and luxurious guest experience is the goal of this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions, unusual or unsafe activities, and swimmers who are struggling.
• Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.
• Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility and uphold Ritz-Carlton standards.
• Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck; obtain, fold, and stack towels according to procedures.
• Complete safety training and certifications; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
