Job summary

RIXOS Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant to welcome guests, assist with seating, and provide towels and other amenities, ensuring a warm, flawless guest arrival.

You will monitor pool and beach areas for safety, maintain spotless facilities, manage towel inventory, and coordinate with lifeguards, housekeeping, and F&B to deliver a seamless experience while supporting eco-friendly practices.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Hospitality, recreation, or customer service background is advantageous.
• Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items outdoors for extended periods.
• Customer service and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating and amenities.
• Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure safety and report hazards.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool deck and beach areas and manage towel inventory.
• Set up poolside spaces with loungers, umbrellas, and furniture.
• Coordinate with lifeguards, housekeeping, and F&B to enhance guest experience.
• Promote eco-friendly practices and conserve water.
