Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pool and bar facilities.
• Recruit, train and motivate a diverse team of pool attendants and bartenders.
• Maintain high standards of service to enhance guest experience.
• Manage and control inventory levels for beverages and snacks.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance including revenue and expenses.
• Plan and coordinate poolside events and promotions.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure facilities are well-maintained.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets for operations.

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pool and bar facilities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards as well as local regulations
• Supervise and coordinate staff to deliver excellent customer service

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train and motivate a diverse team of pool attendants, bartenders and support staff
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback

Customer Service

• Maintain high standards of service to enhance the overall guest experience
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty

Inventory Management

• Manage and control inventory levels for beverages, snacks and poolside amenities
• Conduct regular stock checks and place orders as needed
• Implement cost‑control measures to optimize profitability

Financial Management

• Monitor and analyze financial performance including revenue and expenses
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability
• Prepare regular reports for senior management

Event Coordination

• Plan and coordinate poolside events, promotions and special occasions
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and attract guests
• Ensure seamless execution of events to enhance the overall guest experience

Maintenance and Upkeep

• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the pool and bar facilities are well‑maintained
• Address and resolve any maintenance issues promptly
• Implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure the longevity of assets

Budgeting

• Assist in the development of annual budgets for the pool and bar operations
• Monitor expenses and work towards achieving financial targets
