Overview

Safety & Surveillance (Lifeguarding): Continuously monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure swimmer safety. Enforce pool rules and regulations politely but firmly. Perform rescue operations and administer First Aid/CPR if emergencies arise. Maintain a daily log of pool usage and incidents.

Requirements

• Pool Maintenance & Cleaning
• Water Quality: Test water chemistry (pH, Chlorine, Alkalinity) twice daily and inform the Supervisor of the results
• Cleaning: Skim debris from the water surface, vacuum the pool floor, and scrub the pool tiles/edges.
• Hygiene: Ensure the pool deck, shower areas, and changing rooms are clean and hazard-free.
• Certification: Valid Lifeguard License
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar dual role.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of pool chemicals, dosing systems, and filtration units.
• Soft Skills: Alert, physically fit, and able to communicate clearly with residents/guests
