Allianz Partners in Dubai seeks an After Sales Support – Policy Administrator to manage data entry, analyze information, and oversee card printing to ensure client quality and timely turnaround.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work legally in the UAE. You will coordinate member data, generate reports, and handle basic design tasks in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed; medical background preferred.
• Experience in Project Coordination is advantageous.
• Physically capable of performing job duties.
• Authorized to work legally in the operating country.
• Proficient in MS Office and skilled in internet research and navigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle data entry and analyze information for accuracy.
• Coordinate the addition of new members into the client scheme and database.
• Correct data errors, upgrade records, delete records, and modify the database.
• Ensure card printing meets high-quality standards.
• Generate regular performance reports (daily or periodic).
• Perform advanced tasks including design and photo editing.
• Maintain precise records for internal and external audits.
